ASRT has named the eight winners of the Radiologic Technology journal cover art contest. The winners are Peter Demarco, Palm Coast, Florida; Kyle Kearsley, Aurora, Colorado; Cassandra LaJoie, Beaverton, Oregon; Leah Matthews, Ridgefield, Washington; Lizzy Rainey, Lafayette, Indiana; Meghan Thomson, Staten Island, New York; Kayla Wood, Carmel, Indiana; and Joy Zitko, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Each winner will receive $450, a free one-year ASRT membership, and have his or her artwork displayed on the cover of Radiologic Technology or Radiation Therapist journals beginning in September 2023. Each contestant entered an original painting, photograph, drawing, sculpture or other medium and was judged on artistic quality and an appropriate theme for the cover. The artists were chosen by a committee of ASRT staff in March.
