When you transition into a leadership role, you don’t always have the right tools at your
disposal. That's why we’ve created the ASRT Leadership Academy. This program is designed for medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals who want to serve in volunteer leadership roles with ASRT or our affiliate societies.
Through this six-week course, you’ll learn important principles of leadership and association management. Online courses will cover topics like communication, policy and procedure development, membership, recruitment, public relations, parliamentary procedures, strategic planning and advocacy.
In addition to the online courses, participants will receive complementary airfare and lodging to attend a two-day wrap-up training session at the ASRT office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
